Paving the Way to Health Care Access has grown as one of the larger annual conferences on the East Coast for medical interpreters and offers skills development, policy discussions, and professional networking opportunities, all related to healthcare interpreting and culturally competent healthcare.

The conference serves as a valuable and engaging gathering place for interpreters, interpreting students, patient advocates, and medical staff to support each other in their shared goal of improving healthcare communication, access, quality, and equity.

In 2022, Paving the Way expanded to include more programming relevant to American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters both Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDI) and hearing interpreters.

Sponsor Benefits: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors will be featured in our Conference Raffle. Attendees are given a paper featuring all the sponsors logos and are asked to bring it to each sponsor table to get a signature. When completed they enter the raffle. Multiple prizes are awarded. Sponsors are welcome to provide raffle items such as continuing education workshops, headphones, tablets, Rocketbook (reuseable smart notebook), etc.

ONE Platinum Sponsor will have the highest-level visibility and presence at the Paving the Way to Health Care Access Conference. This sponsorship delivers unique pre- and post-conference visibility. The Sponsorship includes the following:
